Prismos Beauty intends to provide the best service to our customers and assist them in every way possible to make their shopping experience easy and hassle-free. We are providing data here to assist our customers in case they wish to return the products or if they are willing to exchange them.
Procedure for requesting return/replacement of the products:
- In case you have received the wrong products or damaged products or expired products, please raise a request for return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery. - Once we review your request, we will send our delivery partner to collect the products from you.
- In cases where we cannot find a delivery partner in the location, it will be your responsibility to self-ship the product to us and we will reimburse the shipping charges for your inconvenience (provided the details of the charges and receipts confirming them)
- Once we receive the products, will analyse your claim and act accordingly.
- The replacement will be done on the availability of the stock.
- In case, the replacement option is unavailable, you will be refunded accordingly.

- Delivery of wrong products
- Delivery of expired products
- Delivery of damaged products (can be complete or partial damage to the products)/li>
Terms and conditions when return/replacement will not be applied:
- If the products are opened
- If the products are used
- If the products are changed
- If the packaging (such as labels and cartons) is missing
Timelines to note for the placement of return/replacement:
If the products are damaged (both partially or completely), it has to be reported to us within 3 days of the date of the delivery.
If the products should be replaced or returned, the request has to be raised within 7 days of the date of the delivery
How to cancel the order:
Please select the cancel option from the order details page which will be under My Account Section. Please specify the reason for the cancellation of the order.

How long does it take to receive the refund for the cancelled product or the returned product?
You will be communicated throughout the procedure of the cancellation. Since the precise number of days cannot be promised we are sharing the approximate timelines of the procedure. You will be notified within 7 business days regarding your refund/return. The refund procedure will be initiated once our quality control team analyses the product. The whole procedure takes an approximation of 2 weeks (business days only).
How will the refunds be processed for cancellations and returned products?
In case the payment is done online, the amount will be refunded to the same bank account and the procedure will take an estimate of 7 business days. In case the payment is done through COD (cash of delivery), then the customer has to provide us with the details of the bank account to which the refund has to be initiated.
