Timelines to note for the placement of return/replacement
Please select the cancel option from the order details page which will be under My Account Section. Please specify the reason for the cancellation of the order. You can also process the cancellation of the order by contacting us and we will assist you accordingly, and here are ways you can contact us.
You will be communicated throughout the procedure of the cancellation. Since the precise number of days cannot be promised we are sharing the approximate timelines of the procedure. You will be notified within 7 business days regarding your refund/return. The refund procedure will be initiated once our quality control team analyses the product. The whole procedure takes an approximation of 2 weeks (business days only).
In case the payment is done online, the amount will be refunded to the same bank account and the procedure will take an estimate of 7 business days. In case the payment is done through COD (cash of delivery), then the customer has to provide us with the details of the bank account to which the refund has to be initiated.
